Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 26, 2026
DaMo Digitals ("DaMo Digitals," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit damodigitals.com (the "Site") or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or sending us your information, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
DaMo Digitals is a digital studio based in Idaho, United States, offering web design, social media management, search engine optimization, and hosting services. You can reach us any time at info@damodigitals.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a contact or quote form, request a demo, respond to one of our ads, or email us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, website details, and anything else you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 5.
Information from advertising platforms
If you reach us through an ad or submit a lead form on a platform such as Facebook or Instagram, we may receive the contact details and responses you provide on that platform.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide the demos, quotes, and services you request;
- build, deliver, and support our web, content, social, and hosting work for you;
- operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
- measure and improve our marketing and advertising, including showing relevant ads and reaching people with similar interests;
- send you updates, follow-ups, and other communications related to our services; and
- meet our legal obligations and protect our rights.
4. Advertising and the Meta Pixel
We advertise our services on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, which are owned by Meta. To understand how our ads perform and to reach the right audiences, we use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code on our Site that reports actions such as page views and form submissions back to Meta. This may allow us to measure ad results, show our ads to people who have visited the Site, and reach new people whose interests are similar to those of our visitors. Information collected through the Meta Pixel, and through any lead form you submit on a Meta platform, is also handled in line with Meta's own data policies. You can manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites work and help owners understand how their sites are used. We use cookies and similar technologies for basic Site functionality, analytics, and the advertising described above. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. If you block certain cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. We work with trusted companies that help us operate, such as our website host, our form and email providers (for example, our contact form is processed by Formspree), and our analytics and advertising platforms. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Advertising platforms. As described in Section 4, we share limited data with Meta to run and measure our advertising.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DaMo Digitals, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing messages at any time by emailing info@damodigitals.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to know what data we hold and the right to request its deletion. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to other websites that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
