Ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase if it is not right for you. You do not have to complete a troubleshooting session first.
How delivery works
Gumroad provides purchase content and a receipt after successful checkout. Open the web-guide link in your purchase content. Keep that private link and your receipt so you can return on another device. Download the optional printable copy if you want an offline version. Nothing is physically shipped.
If the receipt is missing, check Spam and confirm the email used at checkout. If the guide will not open, contact us with the product name and purchase email. Never send a card number or account password.
How to request a refund
Email exo09432@gmail.com with the product name, purchase email, and receipt or order identifier if available. You may also use the support route provided with your Gumroad receipt. A short explanation is helpful but is not a condition of the current Windows guide's 30-day guarantee.
Refunds for Gumroad purchases are processed through Gumroad to the original payment method where supported. The time for a credit to appear depends on Gumroad, the payment provider, and your bank. We cannot promise a particular bank processing time.
Other products and custom work
Read the refund terms attached to each offer before buying. Different products may have different stated guarantees. We honor the promise shown when you bought and any additional remedy required by law. This page does not impose a new refund restriction on an earlier purchase.
Custom website projects, retainers, and other individually agreed services follow their written agreement and applicable law. The Windows guide's guarantee does not automatically apply to custom work. Do not assume a deposit is nonrefundable unless that condition was clearly agreed and is lawful.
Access after a refund
After a full refund, your license to use the refunded paid content ends. Stop using it and delete paid copies, except records you may legally retain. Access may be withdrawn. This does not prevent you from keeping your receipt or making an honest complaint.
Your required rights
“As is” wording does not remove a refund guarantee or mandatory rights concerning non-delivery, defective or misdescribed content, or cancellation where applicable. A download alone does not establish that you validly waived any statutory withdrawal right. Gumroad also applies its own transaction rules.
