1. Who provides the service
Mohammed Alzubaidi operates DaMo Digitals online. Everyday is a DaMo Digitals service. In these terms, “we” means Mohammed Alzubaidi operating as DaMo Digitals.
These terms describe use of our website and digital products. Product-specific terms shown before purchase also apply. A separately accepted written client agreement governs custom website, design, hosting, maintenance, or consulting work and controls if it conflicts with these general terms. Gumroad has separate terms for transactions through its platform.
2. Before you purchase
Read the description, supported devices, price, included content, delivery method, and refund policy before paying. You must be legally able to enter the purchase agreement, or have an authorized adult make the purchase. We do not require customers to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
A purchase includes only the guide, bundle, or service described in the offer at checkout. It does not automatically include future products, every guide in our library, unlimited updates, or personal support. A one-time product does not start recurring billing.
3. Using the content
For an Everyday personal guide, you receive a nonexclusive license to read it on your own devices and print a copy for your use. A trusted family member or helper may use it with you. You may not resell it, upload the paid content publicly, distribute the private access link, or present our work as your own. Other digital kits may include their own commercial license; that stated license controls their permitted use. These limits do not restrict uses permitted by law.
4. What guides and tools can do
Guides offer general educational steps for the devices and apps identified in the guide. Menus, software, and services can change. Check the instructions against your screen. Stop and ask for help if they do not match. Back up important files before making changes that could affect them. You remain in control of your device and the steps you choose to perform.
We do not promise that a guide will solve every problem or replace qualified individual assistance. Our current Everyday service does not include remote device control, physical repairs, emergency assistance, malware removal, guaranteed data or account recovery, or legal, medical, or financial advice. Business templates also require adaptation to the customer's circumstances.
5. As-is content and availability
Except for express promises in the product description and protections required by law, our guides, templates, tools, and website are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law permits, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or a particular result. This clause does not excuse failure to supply the product described, cancel a stated refund guarantee, or exclude a warranty or remedy that applicable law requires.
Save any included downloadable copy. A one-time purchase is not a promise that a hosted site will operate forever. We will not use this statement to take away an access period expressly promised at purchase. If access fails, contact us so we can try to restore delivery or provide an appropriate remedy under the refund policy and applicable law.
6. Limits on liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from use of our guides or website. For other claims arising from a digital product, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability the law does not allow us to limit. They do not limit a required refund, non-waivable consumer rights, or remedies expressly promised with your purchase. A separately signed service agreement may set different limits for custom client work.
7. Payments, refunds, and support
Gumroad handles checkout for products sold through Gumroad. The amount, currency, applicable taxes, and refund terms are shown before payment. See Refunds and delivery for help with access or a refund, and Support and service limits for current assistance.
There is currently no Everyday recurring support subscription. Any future plan must state its price, renewal timing, included assistance, response target, and cancellation method before signup. These terms alone do not authorize a recurring charge.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls, or send abusive messages or other people's private information without permission. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or a security problem. We will explain the reason where reasonably possible and respect applicable refund and consumer obligations. Honest reviews and lawful complaints are allowed.
9. Questions, disputes, and changes
Contact exo09432@gmail.com with the product name, purchase email, and a description of the problem. Do not include payment card details or passwords. Contacting us does not prevent you from using other remedies or meeting a legal deadline.
Idaho law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to a court or regulator where the law permits it.
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. We will post the new version and date and highlight material changes on the policy center. We will not retroactively reduce an existing purchase's express promises or required rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
