This policy covers damodigitals.com, including Everyday and our digital-product pages. The operator is Mohammed Alzubaidi, operating as DaMo Digitals. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to exo09432@gmail.com.
Information you provide
- Project inquiries: your name, business name, email, optional phone number, and message. The main website form also includes the submission time and IP address in its email.
- Everyday help requests: your name if supplied, email, guide or topic, device information, and message. The form emails these details to our support inbox.
- Purchases: Gumroad may make order details, purchase email, product, payment status, and refund information available to us. Payment credentials are collected by Gumroad and its payment providers, not by our website contact form.
Please leave out passwords, verification codes, payment card numbers, identity documents, and sensitive personal records. If a helper contacts us for you, they should have your permission and share only what is needed to explain the task.
Information from a visit
Our hosting provider processes requests to serve the site and may keep server logs, including IP address, browser details, requested pages, and times. The Everyday support endpoint uses an IP-derived hash and recent submission times to limit repeated requests. A hash is a protection measure, not a guarantee of anonymity.
The product hub at /start/ sends first-party page-view and product-link events, including page path, product label, and campaign tags present in the URL, to our server. Its page script does not use an analytics cookie. Those requests also pass through normal hosting infrastructure. Everyday's guide finder and saved progress do not use that hub event script.
The main website loads Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google for font files. External links, including Gumroad and social networks, take you to services with their own privacy practices. See Google's privacy policy and Gumroad's privacy policy.
Browser storage
Everyday saves guide selections, progress, and text-size choices in your browser when local storage is available. The support form uses a session cookie, and the paid Windows web guide uses an access cookie. See Cookies and saved progress for details and removal options.
Why information is used and who receives it
We use information to answer inquiries, deliver and support purchases, provide agreed client services, handle refunds, protect the site, understand use of product links, and maintain necessary business records. Sending a support request does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Information passes through service providers needed for these purposes, including InMotion hosting, email delivery providers, and Google Gmail for Everyday support. Gumroad separately handles transactions and its own records. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to address misuse, or to protect legal rights. We do not sell customer contact lists or use the inspected site pages to run cross-site advertising trackers.
The current Everyday contact form emails a person; it does not send the conversation to an automated AI support agent. We may use AI to help prepare general guide content. Introducing an AI service that receives customer messages would require updating these disclosures and any necessary choices before that processing begins.
Retention and security
We keep information as needed to answer the request, deliver the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Email, hosting logs, and provider backups may have different retention periods. We do not promise that deleting a message instantly deletes every backup or a transaction record another provider must retain.
We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Please tell us if you believe information was sent in error or accessed improperly.
Your choices and requests
Email exo09432@gmail.com to ask about information we hold or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify that the request is yours. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain any information that must be retained. For Gumroad's own records, use its privacy-request process described in Gumroad's data-request guidance.
You can clear browser storage, block cookies, or avoid submitting optional form details. Some access and support features may then stop working. Our inspected pages do not use cross-site advertising tracking, so there is no advertising profile to disable in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. Do Not Track does not disable essential requests or first-party event counting. External providers apply their own settings and policies when you use their services.
Location, children, and policy updates
The service operates from the United States; hosting, email, and payment providers may process information in other countries. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights. This policy does not remove them.
The service is designed for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child supplied personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
We will post policy changes with a revised date and highlight material changes on the policy center. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a new use of information.
